This Website is operated by Veuve Ventures UK Limited TA “Pinot & Picasso”. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pinot & Picasso. All individuals, “you”, “purchaser” or “participants” are those who purchase tickets from our website to attend sessions, or are intending to purchase tickets to our session. Pinot & Picasso offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, participants, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current Website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

 

Purchases Through This Website

Pinot & Picasso offers and sells through this Website: www.pinotandpicasso.uk. All currency and purchase transactions will be performed in Great British Pounds (GBP). Pinot & Picasso reserves the right to change pricing at any time. All prices quoted on this website include a 20% Goods and Services Tax (VAT), unless specified otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Afterpay
• Klarna

All transactions through the website will incur a Processing Fee to each transaction. A £1.50 Processing Fee per ticket will apply to all public, pop up and partnership events. All Private Events will incur a 2.5% Processing Fee, as well as any uncategorised item purchases. 

The Processing Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancelations, refunds and reschedules. Public (ticketed) event booking with the Processing Fee can be rescheduled once without any charge up to one week before the scheduled event start time.

Gift Cards cannot be used to pay the Processing Fee. Coupons and discounts do not apply on the processing fee. No Processing Fee will be charged for gift cards. 

By making a purchase through our website, you agree to receive email and SMS notices. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter email, or by emailing us at hello@pinotandpicasso.uk.

 

Refund & Reschedule Policy

All Public (ticketed) event bookings that incur a Processing Fee can be rescheduled once without any charge up to one week before the scheduled event start time. (Effective 14th April 2025).

Should you be required to reschedule your booking within the week of your scheduled event, there will be a £15 non-negotiable fee* per transaction up to 48 hours before your scheduled event. If you are cancelling or rescheduling within the 48 hour window, a £15 non-negotiable fee* per ticket will be applied.

If the Pinot Guarantee has been purchased at the time of booking, no fees will apply for one off reschedules.

IMPORTANT: We are very strict on ‘no shows’. If a customer does not show up for the class, we’ll still charge the full amount. We are unable to refund, reschedule or provide credit for a missed session. 

Private Functions

Private Event deposits are non-refundable. If the full amount has been paid and there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private events to another date that is suitable for yourself & also the Pinot & Picasso studio. We are unable to refund or reschedule private events within the 2 weeks of your session date. The full amount will be forfeited.

All Private events must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the event. Studios reserve the right to cancel events should payment not be received 48 hours prior to commencement and refuse entry to the studio.

Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private events. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private events, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request. 

 

Transfer of Tickets Between Franchisee Entities 

Pinot & Picasso is a Franchised business. Tickets and Gift Cards cannot be transferred between Pinot & Picasso entities. ‘Studio Exclusive’ gift cards are purchased for the selected studio and cannot be transferred to another Pinot & Picasso entity.

 

Pinot Guarantee 

Pinot Guarantee costs £2.95 per ticket. The Pinot Guarantee:

• Provides participants with the option to reschedule or cancel tickets at any time prior to the session commencing. 
• Allows x1 free change before normal rebooking fees are incurred.
• Waives the £15 fee for rescheduling and cancelling tickets.
• Must be purchased at the time of booking.
  

Exclusions:

• Doesn’t apply to private events.
• Doesn’t allow for reschedules after the session has already commenced.
• Doesn’t apply to Gift Cards (purchases of Pinot Guarantee on a Gift Card can be reimbursed).
• For cancellations with the Pinot Guarantee, the full amount of tickets minus the Pinot Guarantee cost will be refunded.

In Studio Purchases

Pinot & Picasso offers and sells products in the studio. All currency and purchase transactions in the studio will be performed in Great British Pounds (GBP). Pinot & Picasso reserves the right to change pricing at any time. All prices quoted in the studio include a 20% Goods and Services Tax (VAT), unless specified otherwise.

The studios accept the following payment methods:

Refunds on In Studio Purchases

Please be careful when making a purchase in the studio as refunds can not be given on site and can only be processed through our head office. Our head office operating hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. If you require a refund please email hello@pinotandpicasso.uk.

Cancellation of Session by Pinot & Picasso

In the event a public session is cancelled by Pinot & Picasso, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time. Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session or credited the value of their purchase for future use.

 

Gift cards

Digital Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used prior to their expiry date. Expiry is 1 year from issue date. 
• Gift Cards purchased before 1st May 2024 have an expiry of 3 years from issue date.
• Gift Cards are delivered via email and contain instructions on how to redeem online through our checkout. Our online gift cards are not a physical product.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed on public session tickets and payments towards private events. You cannot redeem on purchasing another gift card or any in-studio purchases including bar purchases.
• ‘Flexi’ Gift Cards can be redeemed at any UK studio. Please choose the studio carefully as ‘Flexi’ Gift Cards cannot be reissued once they have been redeemed. In the event a session is cancelled or rescheduled, the funds can only be reissued as an ‘Exclusive’ Gift Card (subject to cancellation/rebooking fees).No processing fee will be charged for Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for the Processing Fee.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or receive any portion of the remaining Gift Card Value in cash. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using a promotional discount or coupon codes.
• Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Gift Cards. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private events, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request.
• Gift Cards can be used on multiple occasions until the balance is zero.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• ‘Exclusive’ Gift Cards (sales of which have ceased as of 1 May 2024) can only be used at the studio they were purchased for. ‘Exclusive’ Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another studio.
• Online sales of Exclusive Gift Cards have been ceased, however, Pinot & Picasso may still issue Promotional Exclusive Gift Cards in specific circumstances, such as raffles and promotional events and/or partnerships.
• Promotional Exclusive Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the studio location specified on the Gift Card.

In-studio Physical Gift Card Purchases

• Physical Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used prior to their expiry date. Expiry is 1 year from issue date.
• Physical Gift Cards can be redeemed by entering the associated Voucher Code (found on the back of the Gift Card) in the Coupon section during checkout.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed on public session tickets and payments towards private events. You cannot redeem on purchasing another gift card or any in-studio purchases including bar purchases.
• Physical Gift Cards are ‘Flexi’ Gift Cards that can be used at any Pinot & Picasso studio.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or receive any portion of the remaining Gift Card Value in cash.
• Gift Cards can be used on multiple occasions until the balance is zero.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation

Upon purchase, your booking will be submitted to Pinot & Picasso for processing. You will receive a confirmation email stating the date, time, ticket quantity, and cost of your booking. This email confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the data recorded by Pinot & Picasso on its server shall be treated as legal evidence of the transaction between Pinot & Picasso and the Purchaser.

 

Competitions and Promotional Offers

Pinot & Picasso may use the Website, email marketing and social media channels to run competitions and other promotional offers. You acknowledge that by participating in such competitions and promotional offers, you have read and agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions applicable to those competitions and promotional offers and you have consented to use of your personal information in accordance with those terms and conditions and the Pinot & Picasso Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time.

Welcome Discount Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Welcome Discount Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

1. The discount will only be provided when a new subscriber enters our email database and can only be used once (1) per subscriber. It cannot be used multiple times. 
2. Customers will get a 10% discount on public session tickets price using the code provided in their email.
3. To activate the discount, customers must use the provided promotional code at checkout when booking public sessions on the Pinot & Picasso website.
4. The discount code cannot be used on private function bookings or gift cards.
5. The discount code cannot be used on any in-studio purchases or redeemed at the studio bar. 
6. The discount code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes. 
7. The discount will be forfeited if a ticket is cancelled or refunded. 
8. The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. 
9. The discount code cannot be applied retroactively to already made purchases.
10. Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Group Bookings Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Group Bookings Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

1. This discount promotion is open to bookings of all ages for any public paint and sip session at Pinot & Picasso when booking for 8 or more people. This promotion is valid at all Pinot & Picasso studios across the UK. 
2. This discount promotion is only valid for public sessions, not private functions. 
3. The discount promotion is valid all year round with no current expiry date. 
4. The discount promotion is not inclusive of any beverages with the ticket. It is only a discount on session tickets. The tickets for a public paint and sip session include all art materials and the artwork guidance to create your artwork .
5. Pinot and Picasso are responsible for all aspects and all stages of their promotions. Pinot & Picasso conducts their promotions equitably, promptly and efficiently and be seen to deal fairly and honourably with participants and potential participants.  Pinot & Picasso will avoid causing unnecessary disappointment.

Birthday Club Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Birthday Club Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

1. The Discount will only be provided when a subscriber signs up to Birthday Club via our website and provides their contact details and date of birth. 
2. The Customer will get a 20% birthday discount code to use at any public session Pinot & Picasso UK studio, including pop-up events.
3. The Discount Code can only be used by customers over the age of 18. 
4. The Discount Code will expire one (1) month after the first email mentioning the code is received by the customer. 
5. The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with Pinot & Picasso gift cards. 
6. The Discount Code is for public events only – it cannot be used in conjunction with private events, frames, or any other add-ons available. 
7. The Discount Code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes. 
8. The Discount Code will only be provided via email. 
9. The Discount Code has a maximum of 1 use, and therefore cannot be used multiple times. 
10. The Discount may be forfeited in case of cancellation/refund of ticket(s) in the discounted order. 
11. The Discount code cannot be applied to already made purchases.

Bottomless Special Sessions T&Cs

Participation in our Bottomless Special Sessions is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

1. All customers attending Bottomless Special Sessions must be 18 years of age or over to attend. Proof of age may be required.
2. The bottomless mimosas will be valid for the 2 hour session only, with a maximum number per customer limited to 6 glasses per person.
3. Customers will be limited to 1 mimosa per person, per order.
   Mimosas will be served consisting of 50% orange juice, 50% prosecco.
4. The studio reserves the right to limit the size of each mimosa serving.
5. Mimosas will be served at the sole discretion of the studio staff.
6. The studio reserves the right to end the bottomless mimosa special early if deemed necessary.
7. Customers are accountable for consuming alcohol responsibly.
8. The studio encourages customers to drink water and eat food while enjoying the bottomless mimosa special.
9. The studio is not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
10. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to consume alcohol responsibly. 
11. Customers who are refused service due to intoxication will forfeit the remaining time of the bottomless mimosa special.
12. The studio reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Bottomless Special Sessions  at any time without prior notice.
13. General terms and conditions of the studio apply to all customers, including those participating in the Bottomless Special Sessions.

Pinot & Picasso Brighton and The Badge Magazine Student Discount Promotion

Terms and Conditions for The Badge Magazine Student Discount Promotion with Pinot & Picasso Brighton.

1. This promotion offers a 15% discount on Pinot & Picasso Brighton paint and sip sessions. The discount is available exclusively to student readers of The Badge Magazine. The discount code is only provided in the magazine.
2. The discount can only be redeemed once per customer.
3. To be eligible for this promotion, you must be a student. You may be required to show a valid ID card at the venue.
4. This promotion is valid from August 24th 2024 to January 1st 2025.
5. The discount is only applicable at the Pinot & Picasso Brighton UK studio. The discount cannot be redeemed at any other Pinot & Picasso studio.
6. The discount is not valid on in-studio purchases, add-ons, or bar purchases and cannot be used for private booking or events.
7. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
8. To activate the discount, customers must use the provided promotional code at the checkout.
9. The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
10. Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

1. Discount will only be provided when the promo discount code is applied during the booking process. 
2. Customers will receive the applicable discount on full-priced adult public session tickets when using the code. Public session tickets are those available on the website for open classes. This does not include private party studio bookings, pop-up events, or partnered events. 
3. 20% discount applies to new customers, min. spend is £80. 
4. 25% discount applies to returning customers, min. spend is £80. 
5. Discount codes cannot be used with any other discounts or promotional offers. 
6. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Pinot & Picasso Gift Cards. 
7. Discount codes will not apply to exclusions; including private events, add-ons, kids’ tickets, grazing boxes, frames, and gift cards. 
8. Discount codes can be used multiple times throughout the promotion period. 
9. Discount may be fortified in case of cancellation or refund of ticket(s) in the discounted order. 
10. Discount codes cannot be applied to purchases made before the promotion period. 
11. The promotion will run from 11.59pm on Sunday 15th December 2024. The redemption period will ends on 11.59pm on Sunday 2nd February 2025. 

Minors 

This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. All participants in Pinot & Picasso Public Events must be 18 and over unless otherwise stated. Family Friendly events (meaning suitable for minors with adult supervision) and Kids Events are stated accordingly on the sessions, and are suitable for participants under the age of 18. Minors attending Private events are at the discretion of the Studio and event organiser. Individual participants under the age of 18 requesting access to an over 18 Public Event will be approved at the discretion of the studio manager. Participants with minors attending events accept there may be alcohol consumption onsite. 

Conditions of Entry to Studio

Pinot & Picasso House Rules 

As your hosts, we have a social and legal obligation to create a safe environment for you to enjoy, where you may drink in moderation and enjoy good food and entertainment. 

1. Pinot & Picasso does not accept responsibility for any losses or damage incurred to personal belongings or clothing. 
2. We encourage responsible consumption of alcohol. We will ask any participants to leave when we consider they have reached a limit of intoxication.
3. A zero tolerance is taken to any act of violence, unruly or indecent behaviour both towards other participants and staff members, offenders will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be charged as per the law.
4. Offensive, abusive language and misbehaviour will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked to leave.
5. Follow guidance of staff and refrain from speaking over painting instructions, hindering the experience for other participants. Participants may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises if they do not follow such terms.
6. Pinot & Picasso take precautions to operate responsibly in our studios. It is illegal for a person to supply alcohol and for a minor to drink alcohol. Pinot & Picasso prohibits underage drinking.
7. If participants look under the age of 25, please be prepared to show proof of age to purchase alcohol.
8. Pinot & Picasso premises are strictly smoke-free and smoking is not permitted under any circumstances. We ask any participants who are smoking to remove their apron for hygiene purposes.
9. For the safety and security of participants and staff, please note recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in use.
10. participants should not cause damage to any property owned by Pinot & Picasso. participants may be held liable to any costs of damages.
11. Pinot & Picasso may take promotional photos or videos during a public or private event. participants have the right to decline to have their images captured and should make this known to the staff members. participants should also avoid taking photographs and videos of other participants, unless permission is given. No images are to be captured of minors, unless permission is granted by the parent or guardian.
12. Pinot & Picasso has a zero tolerance to illegal substances. Any patrons found to be using illegal substances, or under the influence of any illegal substances will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be charged as per the law. 

Third Party Entertainment including Topless Waiters & Drag Queens 

Participants engaging Third Party Entertainment options are bound by their Terms and Conditions and Payment Terms – this will change from studio to studio. 

Any inappropriate behaviour towards our Third Party Entertainment will not be tolerated; this includes Topless Waiters, Drag Queens and any other entertainment service provided by Pinot & Picasso. Any aggressive, rowdy or intoxicated participants will be removed from the studio immediately and no refund will be provided to participants. 

Participants are advised that Third Party Entertainment providers are not to be touched inappropriately or photographed without prior consent. If you, the participants are found to be doing so then the member is entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund will be provided.

Pinot & Picasso stipulates under no circumstances any of the performers are to perform in full body nudity. This can result in indecent exposure and will be a breach on the guest/s which can lead to a penalty/fine. This includes guest nudity.

If any of these conditions are breached you will be removed from the premises and a ban will be put in place for any future Pinot & Picasso events. 

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The purchaser agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to public painting sessions, purchased from our website is at the Purchaser’s sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Pinot & Picasso will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services provided from this website or establishment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by Pinot & Picasso nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers’ directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.
