General

A paint and sip class is all about connecting people with a shared interest of expressing themselves through creativity. Our sessions are led by talented artists that guide you step-by-step through your chosen artwork. If you are feeling inspired and want to paint what you like, go for it! Our classes are for all abilities, as no talent is necessary to have fun.

Each paint and sip class runs for two or three hours, with a curated playlist to get you dancing while creating your own masterpiece – whether with friends, a partner, your mum or even solo. We encourage you to unwind with your favourite alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, purchased at our very own studio bar.

Each ticket includes everything you’ll need to create your masterpiece (except whatever you’ll be drinking – you can purchase this at our studio bar).

You’ll have all the necessary equipment provided, including:

  • A blank canvas
  • Acrylic paints (or modelling clay for textured art sessions)
  • Brushes
  • Table easel
  • Pinot & Picasso apron

All sessions include guidance from one of our artists to assist you with step-by-step instructions. The only thing you’ll need to bring is your mates and your imagination.

Each session lasts for 2 or 3 hours, unless specified otherwise. Either way, the time will fly because you’ll be having too much fun.

Bookings are essential at Pinot & Picasso. We have limited spots available so booking in advance is more than necessary – it’s vital! We often book out weeks in advance. We’re not saying we’re popular, but…

All participants in Pinot & Picasso public events must be 18 and over unless stated otherwise on ‘Family Friendly’ sessions. We can host private kids’ parties, so if you’re interested in having young ones attend, please let your studio know.

Abso-bloody-lutely!

We strive to provide the best private event experience possible. Pinot & Picasso cater for all types of special occasions including:

  • Birthdays
  • Hen Do
  • Team building events
  • Corporate events
  • Kitchen teas
  • Product launches
  • Brand partnerships

Find out more on our function enquiry form. Once complete, your enquiry will be directed to your local studio.

Note: Discount codes cannot be accepted for private event bookings.

Sessions

Fashionably late? We’ve never heard of her. We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes before the session commences as to give you plenty of time to get comfortable, set-up and get the wines flowing.

The doors will lock and you won’t be able to enter. Just kidding! Our sessions begin within 10 minutes of the start time. However, if you are running late, we will make sure you are all caught up and help you throughout the evening.

We will always do our best to ensure that groups are placed together. If you and your friends are booking separately, it is best to write your friend’s name and group size in the “Additional Notes” section at checkout, or arrive a little earlier to ensure we can seat your group together.

If you have any other special requests please don’t be shy, get in touch! We want everyone to have the best experience possible at Pinot & Picasso.

Though we provide aprons to protect your clothes from paint, it’s best to wear something  you don’t mind the idea of getting a little bit of paint on. Think comfortable!

Pinot & Picasso do not take responsibility for any damage to clothes due to paint stains. If you do happen to get some paint on your clothes, here are some helpful tips to removing it:

  • If wet, remove as much paint as possible while avoiding pressing the paint into the material. Flush the area with water and dab with a cloth, but don’t wipe. Mix up a 50/50 solution of water and detergent and gently work at the stain using a sponge. Launder in the washing machine as normal.
  • If dry, scrape off the bulk of the paint and using a stiff brush, work out some of the finer paint particles. Soak the area in a 50/50 solution of water and detergent for 20 minutes. Gently work at the stain using a sponge and launder as normal.

Always be sure to test a new removal method in an inconspicuous area first, and follow the manufacturers’ care instructions on your garments.

Not at all. We are a creative art studio after all! We’re all about helping you master the art of fun – our step-by-step instructions are more of a guide.

As a matter of fact you can! Our studios allow guests to purchase alcohol in the studio. We will also have non-alcoholic options available to buy at the bar.

Our studios do not allow BYOB. You can purchase your favourite liquid courage from our bar – just don’t go dancing on top of our bar please.

You betcha. We strongly encourage everyone to have a little food to eat at their paint and sip class! If you don’t bring anything with you, our studios have a selection of snacks you can purchase too.

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week (7 days), however after that, they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations.

If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange collection! We really think your artwork will liven up that wall in your kitchen.

You forgot to say please… There will be sneaky discount codes from time to time, but you have to be part of the email gang – so head to the website and sign up! Don’t worry spam is not our jam.

Any transactions with 8 or more tickets are eligible for a 10% discount – use GROUPBOOKINGS in the coupon code area at the checkout. More money for snacks and wine!

Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session or credited value of their purchase for future use.

Gift Cards

Absolutely! We provide vouchers for £20, £40, £80 and £120, which can be credited towards an upcoming session at one of our studios.

Our digital Gift Cards can be emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient at a time and date of your choosing. All gift cards are valid for 1 year from time of purchase

Head over to our Gift Cards page to purchase a voucher!

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used prior to their expiry date.

Please choose your gift card carefully as we are unable to transfer any Studio Exclusive Gift Cards to a different studio once your purchase is complete. If you are unsure where the gift card will be redeemed, we recommend purchasing the Flexi Gift Card.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips for using gift cards:

  • If you are redeeming an Exclusive Gift Card, ensure you are redeeming at the studio it was purchased for. Flexi Gift Cards can be redeemed at any studio.
  • Ensure your Gift Card still has a remaining balance.
  • Ensure there are no spaces between or after the numbers
  • Ensure the dashes (-) are entered

If you have followed the above steps and the gift card still does not work, quit your browser and restart your session. You may need to try a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. If this still doesn’t work, get in touch.

Sometimes our emails end up in spam – so rude. Be sure to check there first.

No luck? Send us an email to hello@pinotandpicasso.uk and we’ll re-send your voucher.
