General

A paint and sip class is a fun and entertaining experience that is a perfect combination of art and booze. It is led by a talented artist that guides customers through a chosen artwork step-by-step. A sip and paint class is for all abilities as no talent is necessary to have fun.

Each paint and sip class runs for three hours with popular music playing while the customer creates their own masterpiece with their friends, partner, mum or even just themselves. Customers are encouraged to unwind with their favourite alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, purchased at our very own studio bar. Don’t forget to bring some tasty snacks along to share with our hosts.

A night at Pinot & Picasso is extremely easy (just how we like it). All you need to bring is yourself and some snacks to share with us.

We provide seating, easel, paint brushes, paint, canvas’ and (probably most importantly) your favourite drop of liquid courage. That’s right, we now also have a selection of drinks (both alcohol and non-alcoholic) available in house for you to purchase.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through your selected artwork by one of our experienced Pinot & Picasso artists. With a great soundtrack, expert instruction and a few sips of wine, you’ll be closer to mastering the art of fun!

The price per seat includes everything you’ll need to create your masterpiece (except whatever you’ll be drinking – you will purchase this at our arty bar).

You’ll have all the necessary equipment provided, including:

  • A blank canvas
  • Acrylic paints
  • Brushes
  • Table easel
  • Pinot & Picasso apron

All sessions include guidance from one of our artists to assist you in mastering the art of fun. The only thing you’ll need to bring is your mates, some nibbles and your imagination.

Each Pinot & Picasso session lasts for an average of 2-3 hours, unless specified otherwise. Either way, the time will fly because you’ll be having too much fun.

Bookings are essential at Pinot & Picasso. We have extremely limited spots available, so booking in advance is more than necessary, it’s vital!

We book out sometimes weeks in advance. We’re not saying we’re popular, but …

All participants in Pinot & Picasso public events must be 18 and over unless state otherwise on ‘Family Friendly’ sessions.

Private functions are a completely different kettle of fish (or bucket of paint). Any all-age events will be advertised accordingly. If you’re interested in having young ones attend, please let your studio know.

Sessions

Fashionably late? We’ve never heard of her. We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes before the session commences as to give you plenty of time to get comfortable, set-up and get the wines flowing.

Estimated running time is between 2.5-3 hours.

The doors will lock and you won’t be able to enter. Just kidding! Our sessions begin within 10 minutes of the start time. However, if you are running late, we will make sure you are all caught up and help you throughout the evening.

We will always do our best to ensure that groups are placed together.

If you and your friends are booking separately, it’s best to arrive a little earlier to ensure we can seat your group together. We like to operate under the mantra ‘first in, best dressed’ when it comes to seating in our studios.

If you have any other special requests please don’t be shy! We want everyone to have the best experience possible at Pinot & Picasso.

Reminder: If you book more than 8 people in a single transaction, we’ll happily throw in a 10% discount for your efforts!

Though we provide aprons to protect your clothes from paint, it’s best to wear something  you don’t mind the idea of getting a little bit of paint on. Think comfortable!

Pinot & Picasso do not take responsibility for any damage to clothes due to paint stains. If you do happen to get some paint on your clothes, here are some helpful tips to removing it:

  • If wet, remove as much paint as possible while avoiding pressing the paint into the material. Flush the area with water and dab with a cloth, but don’t wipe. Mix up a 50/50 solution of water and detergent and gently work at the stain using a sponge. Launder in the washing machine as normal.
  • If dry, scrape off the bulk of the paint and using a stiff brush, work out some of the finer paint particles. Soak the area in a 50/50 solution of water and detergent for 20 minutes. Gently work at the stain using a sponge and launder as normal.

Always be sure to test a new removal method in an inconspicuous area first, and follow the manufacturers’ care instructions on your garments.

Not at all – we are a creative art studio after all! We’re all about helping you master the art of fun. We like to think of our step-by-step instruction to be more of a guide.

As a matter of fact you can! Our studios allow guests to purchase alcohol in the studio. We will also have non-alcoholic options available to buy at the bar.

Our studios are not a BYOB venue. You can purchase your favourite liquid courage from our bar – just don’t go dancing on top of our bar, please.

You betcha. We strongly encourage everyone to have a little food to eat at their paint and sip class! If you don’t bring anything with you, our studios have a selection of snacks you can purchase too.

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week, however after that, they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations.

If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange collection! We really think your artwork will liven up that wall in your kitchen.

You forgot to say please… There will be sneaky discount codes from time to time, but you have to be part of the email gang – so head to the website and sign up! Don’t worry spam is not our jam.

Any transactions with 8 or more tickets are eligible for a 10% discount – use GROUPBOOKINGS in the coupon code area at the checkout. More money for snacks and wine!

Gift Cards

Again, absolutely! We provide vouchers for £20, £40, £80 and £120, which can be credited towards an upcoming session at one of our studios*.

We don’t provide physical Gift Cards, but vouchers can be emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient at a time and date of your choosing. All gift cards are valid for 3 years from time of purchase

Head over to www.pinotandpicasso.uk/gift-cards/ to purchase a voucher for your favourite studio!

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used prior to their expiry date.

Please choose your gift card carefully as we are unable to transfer any Studio Exclusive Gift Cards to a different studio once your purchase is complete. If you are unsure where the gift card will be redeemed, we recommend purchasing the Flexi Gift Card.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips for using gift cards:

  • If you are redeeming an Exclusive Gift Card, ensure you are redeeming at the studio it was purchased for. Flexi Gift Cards can be redeemed at any studio.
  • Ensure your Gift Card still has a remaining balance.
  • Ensure there are no spaces between or after the numbers
  • Ensure the dashes (-) are entered

If you have followed the above steps and the gift card still does not work, quit your browser and restart your session. You may need to try a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

Sometimes our emails end up in spam – so rude. Be sure to check there first.

No luck? Send us an email and we’ll resend it to you!
