What to expect from a Birthday Paint & Sip Party with Pinot & Picasso
Apart from Stevie Wonder’s celebratory hit ‘Happy Birthday’, you can expect a great time at your paint party with Pinot & Picasso.
The drinks will be flowing from our studio bar (maybe even a cocktail?) as you create a stunning masterpiece surrounded by your friends. Although, we think you’re the real masterpiece.
WHAT A HENS PARTY LOOKS LIKE
You can stop searching “hens party ideas” or “bridal shower ideas” now. Pinot & Picasso hens parties are just what you’ve been looking for. Bring the bride-to-be and the bridal party along for a three-hour sip and paint session guided by one of our artists. With your own hens decorations, style the studio to your desire – think balloons, sashes, streamers!
Choose The Concept of Your Birthday Paint Party
The beauty of our private parties is that you can choose the concept yourself. From iconic destinations and stunning landscapes to portraits and neon art, your theme is sure to turn up the fun while with your nearest and dearest.
Want to make your birthday even more original? You can create a custom artwork with our team for your loved ones to replicate. This does come at an extra cost of £200 to your birthday sip and paint party.
Customisable Options to Suit Your Group's Needs
We want you to feel like the life of the party at your sip and paint event at Pinot & Picasso. When you celebrate with your friends at our studio, we’ll provide:
- All the art materials you need to create your masterpiece.
- Entertainment through our party playlist, which always includes ABBA. We might even let you play some of your favourite music.
- Guests will have plenty of time to buy drinks, snack on some food and shower you with love for your birthday – it is your moment after all!
- Styling all comes down to you. If you have a theme, bring decorations that honour this and deck the studio out. We do recommend swinging by the venue prior to the start time of your paint party.
DRAG QUEENS
Nothing says a unique hens party quite like a Drag Queen host! Dust off your sparkle eyelashes and your sequined outfits for a hens night like no other.
With a local Drag Queen host who’ll bring the laughter, drama and fabulousness – there’ll never be a dull moment at your hens event! A Drag Queen will sing, dance and paint with you at your event and celebrate the bride-to-be!

FAQs
We can’t exactly predict just how messy your private event might get. However, you’ll be provided with an apron to protect your birthday outfit.
We do recommend leaving your designer clothes at home (and for the runway). If you do get any paint on your clothes, our artists will give you some tips on how to wash it out.
Private Function deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your Private Function, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date that is suitable to yourself and Pinot & Picasso or returned as a studio credit.
If the full amount has been paid & there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your paint party to another date that is suitable for yourself & also the Pinot & Picasso studio.
We are unable to refund or reschedule private functions within the 2 weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.
Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private Functions. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private Function, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request.
No talent necessary when it comes to having fun, and painting. Our helpful artist will guide you step-by-step from blank canvas to completed masterpiece. Trust us when we say you’ll be proud of what you painted, and we’ll be proud of you too.
Apart from yourself, all you need to bring along with you to your private painting party is food and friends (our other favourite duo).
Drinks can be purchased at the studio from our own bar, and all art materials like a canvas and brushes will all be provided for you.
If you’d like to deck out the studio with fun decorations, you are more than welcome to bring them along with you. If you are going to style the studio, we recommend arriving at the studio at least 30 minutes before your private party.
Are you planning ahead for future events? We love that kind of thinking! We do host a variety of paint and sip parties at our studios including team buildings and corporate events, Christmas parties, hen parties and kids parties.
We also have different private parties you can host including anniversaries, reunions, farewells, graduation parties and even divorce parties (we really have done those).
