The Price is Right.

Let’s talk budgets. For a private event at our sip and paint studios, you can select from a 2 hour or 3 hour painting class:

2 hour event: £39 per person.
3 hour event: £45 per person.
3 hour event with specialty artwork: £49 per person.
Maximum capacity: 30-35 people (varies from studio to studio).

Got a Group Under 15 People?

The minimum number for our private events is 15 people. If your group size is under 15 people, we recommend booking into a public session where we can seat you together. To get 10% off when booking into a public session with a group of 8+ people, use the code GROUPBOOKINGS at checkout!

FAQs

What is included in a private event package?

Your private event package includes all the materials you need to get arty while you party, including exclusive access to the entire studio. Your private party will be led by one of our exceptionally fun artists.

You can personalise your private event with your own choice of music or bring your own decorations and tasty snacks (please share with us).

We will supply all the necessary equipment, including:

If you are organising an event at a location outside of the studio like your home, you will be required to provide glassware, tables & chairs and access to running water. Travel costs may also apply.

We also have Drinks Packages and Add-On Packages that are an extra cost but are absolutely worth checking out if you want to host the best event possible.

Note: Discount codes cannot be accepted for Private Event bookings. Sorry about it!

Can I request a custom artwork?

You sure can! If you want to do something extra unique, we can create a custom artwork from your concept.

The charge will be £200 in addition to your booking and we’ll need 4 weeks notice to give enough time for the creative process.

What if I need to cancel my private event?

Private event deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your private party, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date that is suitable to yourself and Pinot & Picasso or returned as a studio credit.

If the full amount has been paid & there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private function to another date that is suitable for both yourself and the Pinot & Picasso studio.

We are unable to refund or reschedule private events within the 2 weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.

Pinot Guarantee does not apply to private events. If you have accidentally purchased it with your private event booking, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request.

What is the minimum spend?

Our private events have a minimum spend which allows you exclusive access to the studio area and guidance through your choice of artwork by one of our exceptional hosts.
