Participation in the Welcome Discount Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

The discount will only be provided when a new subscriber enters our email database and can only be used once (1) per subscriber. It cannot be used multiple times.
This promotion is valid at all Pinot & Picasso studios across the UK.
Customers will get a 10% discount on public session tickets price using the coupon code provided in their email.
To activate the discount, customers must use the provided coupon code at checkout when booking public sessions on the Pinot & Picasso website.
The discount code cannot be used on private function bookings or gift cards.
The discount code cannot be used on any in-studio purchases, nor can it be redeemed at the studio bar.
The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other discount/promotion codes.
The discount will be forfeited if a ticket is cancelled or refunded.
The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
The discount code cannot be applied retroactively to already made purchases.
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Group Bookings Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Group Bookings Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

This discount promotion is open to bookings of all ages for any public paint and sip session at Pinot & Picasso when booking for 6 or more people. This promotion is valid at all Pinot & Picasso studios across the UK.
This discount promotion is only valid for public sessions, not private functions.
The discount promotion is valid all year round with no current expiry date.
The discount promotion is not inclusive of any beverages with the ticket. It is only a discount on session tickets. The tickets for a public paint and sip session include all art materials and the artwork guidance to create your artwork .
Pinot and Picasso are responsible for all aspects and all stages of their promotions. Pinot & Picasso conducts their promotions equitably, promptly and efficiently and be seen to deal fairly and honourably with participants and potential participants. Pinot & Picasso will avoid causing unnecessary disappointment.

Birthday Club Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Birthday Club Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

The Discount will only be provided when a subscriber signs up to Birthday Club via our website and provides their contact details and date of birth.
The Customer will get a 20% birthday discount code to use at any public session Pinot & Picasso UK studio, including pop-up events.
The Discount Code can only be used by customers over the age of 18.
The Discount Code will expire one (1) month after the first email mentioning the code is received by the customer.
The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with Pinot & Picasso gift cards.
The Discount Code is for public events only – it cannot be used in conjunction with private events, frames, or any other add-ons available.
The Discount Code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes.
The Discount Code will only be provided via email.
The Discount Code has a maximum of 1 use, and therefore cannot be used multiple times.
The Discount may be forfeited in case of cancellation/refund of ticket(s) in the discounted order.

Team Building September 2023 Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Team Building September 2023 Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions of promotion (Terms and Conditions), which include information on the Team Building Drink on Arrival Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is open to London Team Building enquiries aged 18 years and over. This promotion is only valid for Team Building events at the Shoreditch studio in London, not at any other studio. It is also only valid for Team Building events and not other function types.
The Promotion commences at 10:00am GMT on Friday, 1st September 2023 and final enquiries close at 11:59pm GMT on Friday, 29th September 2023 (Promotional Period). The promotion will only proceed with Team Building enquiries who have secured their function by the way of a deposit by 11:59pm on Saturday, 30th September.
The Team Building function can be booked for any time in the future. The function does not need to be completed by the end of September. As long as the deposit is secured by 30th September, the promotion will apply to the Team Building function.
The drink on arrival for the function must be chosen from either beer, wine, cider or a non-alcoholic beverage. Cocktails are not included in the promotion.

Participation in the JANBLUES 2024 Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

This discount offer is valid on purchases made between 1st January 2024 00:01 GMT to 31st January 2024 until 23:59 GMT.
The offer is applicable exclusively to online studio purchases made within the specified time frame in the United Kingdom.
The discount applies to all studio purchases of paint and sip sessions during the stated promotional period.
This discount offer cannot be redeemed for bar purchases or in-studio transactions.
The discount is valid for individual studio purchases only and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.

Pinot & Picasso Leeds Launch Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Leeds Launch Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Pinot & Picasso are ineligible to enter.. Entrants from outside the UK will not be eligible.
The prize for the competition is two (2) tickets to the opening weekend of the Leeds studio (19-21 April 2024). There are five (5) prizes to be won, which will be selected by a random name generator.
The promotion commences at 10:00am GMT on Wednesday, 13th March 2024 and ends at 11:59pm GMT on Wednesday, 10th April 2024 (Promotional Period). The winners will be contacted on Thursday, April 11th 2024 via the email address submitted in the entry.
To enter the competition and to be eligible to win, entrants must sign up through the Facebook form or through the pop-up form on the Pinot & Picasso Leeds website. Entrants must fully complete the form, including ticking the checkboxes, to submit a successful entry. Entry is open to Local Brighton Residents*, aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Pinot & Picasso and The Ginger Lily Brighton are ineligible to enter. Entrants from outside the UK will not be eligible.
The prize for the competition is a Pinot & Picasso E-Gift Card valued at £80, and a The Ginger Lily Bouquet valued at £40. The total prize is valued at £120.

May 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey T&Cs

Participation in our May 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

The Customer Satisfaction Survey has been sent to customers who attended a session at our Shoreditch studio from 1st December 2023.
The prize for the Customer Satisfaction Survey is two tickets to a Pinot & Picasso session of choice and two tickets to a ‘Dough It Yourself’ Pizza Masterclass at Pizza Pilgrims in Canary Wharf.
The Pizza Pilgrims prize is a gift certificate for two (2) tickets to a Dough It Yourself Masterclass. It is only redeemable for the Pizza Pilgrims Canary Wharf venue. The gift certificate will be sent from Pinot & Picasso or the Pizza Pilgrims team to the winner.
The Pizza Pilgrims gift certificate is valid from June 20th 2024 to November 15th 2024. The prize must be redeemed in this timeframe otherwise the gift certificate will expire.
To be eligible for the prize, entrants must complete the survey in its entirety.
Customers must complete the survey by 11:59pm on Thursday, May 9th 2024 to be eligible for the prize.
The winner will be selected by a random name generator and will be contacted by Pinot & Picasso on Friday, May 10th 2024.
The winner will be contacted by Pinot & Picasso and Pizza Pilgrims only in regards to the prizes. No other businesses will be in contact.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) working days, Pinot & Picasso has the right to select another winner at random.

Entry is open to UK residents, ages 18 years and over. Entrants must live in the UK to be eligible.
The competition commences at 7.00pm GMT on 12th June 2024 and ends at 11:59pm GMT on 1st July 2024.
Subject to availability – equivalent prize will be offered. These terms and conditions of promotion (Terms and Conditions), which include information on the Christmas Party August 2024 Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is open to Christmas Party and End of Year Celebration enquiries aged 18 years and over. This promotion is valid for Christmas Party and End of Year Celebration events at our studios across the UK. It is also only valid for Christmas Party and End of Year Celebration events and not other private event types.
The Promotion commences at 10:00am GMT on Thursday, 01st August 2024 and final enquiries close at 11:59pm GMT on
Monday, 30th September 2024 (Promotional Period). The promotion will only proceed with Christmas Party and End of Year Celebration enquiries who have secured their private event by the way of a deposit by 11:59pm on Monday, 30th September.
The Christmas Party and End of Year Celebration private event must be held before 31st December, 2024. As long as the deposit is secured by 11:59pm on Monday, 30th September, the promotion will apply to the Christmas Party or End of Year Celebration event.

Bottomless Special Sessions

Participation in the Bottomless Special Sessions is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

All customers attending Bottomless Special Sessions must be 18 years of age or over to attend. Proof of age may be required.
The bottomless mimosas will be valid for the 2 hour session only, with a maximum number per customer limited to 6 glasses per person.
Customers will be limited to 1 mimosa per person, per order.
Mimosas will be served consisting of 50% orange juice, 50% prosecco.
The studio reserves the right to limit the size of each mimosa serving.
Mimosas will be served at the sole discretion of the studio staff.
The studio reserves the right to end the bottomless mimosa special early if deemed necessary.
Customers are accountable for consuming alcohol responsibly.
The studio encourages customers to drink water and eat food while enjoying the bottomless mimosa special.
The studio is not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to consume alcohol responsibly.
Customers who are refused service due to intoxication will forfeit the remaining time of the bottomless mimosa special.
The studio reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Bottomless Special Sessions at any time without prior notice.
General terms and conditions of the studio apply to all customers, including those participating in the Bottomless Special Sessions.
