Customisable Options to Suit Your Group's Needs
At Pinot & Picasso, we’ll strive to make sure your corporate team building event goes off without a hitch. When you come to our studio, we’ll provide:
- All the art materials you need to create your masterpiece.
- Entertainment through our party playlist, which always includes ABBA. Song requests welcome (subject to the curation of Pinot & Picasso staff).
- Guests will have plenty of time to buy alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and exchange office gossip (we promise not to eavesdrop).
- Styling all comes down to you. If you have a theme, bring decorations that honour this and deck the studio out. We do recommend swinging by the venue prior to the start time of your paint party.

FAQs
Prices for a team building event at Pinot & Picasso starts from £39 for a two hour paint and sip event in the studio. If your team is looking for more time out of the office (aren’t we all?), a three hour paint party will start from £45 per Picasso.
For your painting party at a local Pinot & Picasso studio, you can choose one of our stunning artworks from our Gallery.
Want to show off and create your own bespoke painting?A custom artwork for your event is an additional £200. You send us the ideas and our team will bring your creation to life.
Private Function deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your teaming building event, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date that is suitable to yourself and Pinot & Picasso or returned as a studio credit.
If the full amount has been paid and there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your team building to another date that is suitable for yourself and also the Pinot & Picasso studio.
We are unable to refund or reschedule team building events within the two weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.
Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private Functions. If you have accidentally purchased it with your team building, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request.

WHAT TO BRING:
Apart from your cute and awesome selves, you can bring some food along with you. As long as it isn’t canned tuna, we don’t mind what you like to snack on. Crisps, a cheese platter and chocolates are our top recommendations. You can purchase drinks from our bar, just please don’t dance on the tables.
HOW TO DRESS:
We always say “dress to impress” and that definitely applies for our team building events. Be as authentically you as you want, but do keep in mind that painting can sometimes be messy. We aim for the canvas but sometimes guests can find paint on their clothing.
We recommend leaving your expensive clothing at home. If you do happen to get paint on yourself, our host will let you know how you can best get this off your clothing.
Absolutely! We can bring our host and art materials to your office space so you can have the best painting experience ever at your maximum convenience.As long as we have access to running water, it’s no trouble for us.
